Rely on competent IT support when you need quick help. Our experienced support team is available to you by phone or e-mail for all concerns relating to your ICT infrastructure and user questions. In demanding cases, we also support you directly on site.

With our „7 x 24h x 365t on-call service“, we offer you an on-call service for incidents outside office opening hours.

  • Opening hours: 7:30 - 12:00 /  13:00 - 17:30 Uhr
  • Prioritization according to checklist  (impact & urgency)
  • Response time during  office hours
  • Ticket management  included
